Owner Sara Shepley, a Registered Nurse with a diverse medical background, found her passion in Medical Aesthetics. Known for her focus on natural outcomes and customized care, Sara works closely with every client to create individualized treatment plans and guide them every step of the way toward healthier, more confident skin.

Sara initially approached me looking for social media support, but as we worked together, it became clear that her website wasn’t effectively supporting her business goals. While her original site looked great, it lacked logical flow and a user-friendly experience. Sara’s clients were frequently messaging her on Instagram with questions that could easily be addressed through more detailed content on her website.

Our primary goal was to create a website that reflected the high-quality services Sara offers while also highlighting her expertise and dedication to client education. We wanted to streamline the user experience, provide comprehensive service information, and reduce the number of repeat questions Sara was receiving in her DMs. The result needed to be clean, professional, and functional—something that truly worked for her business and clients alike.

The website revamp focused on improving navigation and building detailed service pages that clearly explain Sara’s offerings and answer common client questions. By providing more thorough information upfront, we aimed to empower clients and reduce the back-and-forth through DMs. The new site balanced aesthetics with functionality, ensuring potential clients could easily find the information they needed and feel confident in booking a service. The result is a polished, user-friendly website that reflects The Skin Clinic’s reputation for excellence.
