I've always had a brain that pulls me in two directions.

I love the creative side of this work. Building thoughtful brands, designing polished experiences, and bringing ideas to life visually. But I'm equally wired to think about how organizations actually function. Where communication breaks down. What creates friction. What no longer supports growth.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning marketing, business strategy, and entrepreneurship, I partner with organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity. I specialize in leading large, strategic initiatives that require both big-picture thinking and thoughtful execution, from donor platform migrations and communication ecosystems to strategic rebrands, customer journey design, and organizational transformation projects.

Yes, the brand will be beautiful and the website will be polished. But I'm just as invested in what happens behind the scenes, creating solutions that people understand, adopt, and can sustain long after launch.
