The Process

    • Complete a detailed Website Build Questionnaire to share key details about your business, vision, and content needs.

    • We’ll have a 30-minute collaborative session to review your goals, brand elements, and any website inspiration.

    • You’ll provide your logo, brand colours, fonts, and photography to ensure your site is on-brand.

    • I’ll send you a structured content guide to help outline your website copy, which I’ll refine into polished, professional text for your approval.

    • I’ll create the first draft of your website, incorporating your branding and content into a streamlined, easy-to-navigate layout.

    • We’ll do a site preview session (30 minutes) to review the design and ensure everything aligns with your vision.

    • Two rounds of revisions are included to fine-tune the design and content.

    • Additional revisions can be done at an hourly rate if needed.

    • I’ll conduct a final review and testing to ensure everything is functioning properly.

    • When you’re ready, I’ll assist with the technical setup to make your website live.

    • You’ll receive training videos so you can confidently update and manage your website.

    • 3 hours of post-launch support is included within the first 12 months for any minor updates or questions.

    • The price does not include the cost of your website hosting subscription. I use Squarespace as the website platform and through my discount, the annual cost is $308.00 + HST. With this subscription you do get a free domain and one free Google Workspace account (email address) for 12 months which is valued at approximately $130 + HST.

    • Yes! You’ll receive training videos so you can easily update text, images, and other content without needing any coding experience.

    • You’ll receive up to 3 hours of website support or edits within the first 12 months of launch. Additional updates or changes can be completed at an hourly rate.

    • While my websites are built with basic SEO best practices, full SEO services are not included. I can provide guidance or refer you to an SEO specialist if you need more advanced support.
